2. Estimates & Quotes

All quotes are free and based on information provided during your consultation.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Final pricing may vary depending on project scope, materials, or conditions discovered during installation.
• A 50% deposit is required to schedule installation, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

3. Scheduling & Installation

We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, weather, supply issues, or site conditions may occasionally cause delays. If that happens, we’ll communicate clearly and reschedule as soon as possible.

You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and reasonable access to your property during installation.

4. Warranties

Permanent JellyFish Lighting Systems:

• Backed by a 1-year labor warranty and 5-year manufacturer warranty on parts.

Holiday Lighting:

• Covered by a seasonal installation warranty for workmanship during the active season.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, tampering, extreme weather, or third-party work.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement:

• 50% deposit to confirm installation
• 50% balance upon completion

We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Late or declined payments may delay installation or incur a fee.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel your installation, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance.
Deposits may be refundable at our discretion depending on project stage and materials ordered.

7. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or reuse any content from our website without permission
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the website
• Use our content or images for commercial purposes without consent

All images, text, and designs on this site are the property of We Light Utah or used with permission.
